The Company is responsible only for germination and genetic purity of the seeds
supplied. IAHS has a well-established modern laboratory accredited by ISTA . Seeds
and products sold on this site are tested in this laboratory for germination and
genetic purity on International standards. Buyer has to take the decision of purchasing
any of the seeds based on his decision of identifying the appropriate season, time
of sowing, method of sowing, soil type, package of practices to be followed, yield,
disease or pest management etc which is beyond the control of the seller.

DISEASE AND/OR PEST RESISTANCE

Resistance, tolerance and susceptibility claimed by the seller in the descriptions
of the varieties are based upon the results obtained under conditions and with strains
of pathogens available in the local breeding conditions. The seller does not guarantee
identical results when the seeds are grown under different conditions.
Any claim there of which is based on the above details other than germination &
genetic purity, IAHS will not be responsible for the same and it’s the buyer’s total
responsibility.
