Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
|

|
All cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by the following rules: Orders
once placed [and processed] cannot be cancelled except due to non-availability of
the product or for any other unavoidable / extraneous reasons.
Perishable products: Any product once sold through
the IAHS’s website shall under no condition be exchanged with any other product
displayed on the website. Subject to terms and conditions regarding proper handling
of the products and storeage, the validity of any product sold by IAHS shall be
for a maximum period of 9 months from the date of packaging. You are here by advised
to check the date of packaging before accepting the delivery. IAHS will not accept
the return of a perishable product once delivery has been accepted.
Damaged products: In case of damage caused to a
product during shipping, IAHS will make arrangements to replace the damaged product.
However, it is incumbent upon the customer to bring the damage to the notice of
the courier at the time of delivery. Please note that the replacement is dependent
on the report submitted by the courier, and the nature of damage. So, please check
the product at the time of delivery, and if unsatisfied make a complaint to the
delivery person. Also inform the IAHS Customer Service immediately so that we may
initiate necessary actions. The seller shall not be responsible for any delay of
goods or any part thereof, caused by any act of God, action by any government, strike,
lockout, combination of workers, riot or civil commotion, breakdown of machinery,
power failure, fire, crop failures grown by the seller or on the seller's behalf
and/or any other contingency beyond the control of the seller.
Complaint period: Customers seeking replacement/return
of a product must inform IAHS immediately at the time of receiving a product. Complaints
received after that time will not be considered. Refunds: IAHS will refund full
payment if the customer has paid for products that are listed on the website but
which are out of stock. In these cases, the Customer Service Team will send an e-mail
to the customer, and on obtaining his consent initiate the refund process.
There may be situations where a customer has ordered several products and one or
more of those products are not in stock. In such cases, the customer will be refunded
the cost of products that are not available.
The refunds are made through the payment gateway for all products that are ordered
through Credit/Debit cards. These payments are routed back through the customer‘s
credit card company, and are credited to the customer’s account.
Refunds of payments made through demand draft / crossed cheque are made through
at-par cheques. These are sent by courier.

IAHS reserves the right to alter the content and functionality of this website in
any way, or to limit access to this website, or to shut down this website, at any
time, for any reason, without prior notification, and will not be liable in any
way for possible consequences of such changes.

without prior notice. Your use of this website following any such changes constitutes

foregoing, IAHS, shall not be liable in any way for possible errors or omissions
in the contents of this site; this applies in particular to any references to products
and services supplied by IAHS. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that
applies to all losses and damages of any kind whatsoever, whether direct or indirect,
general, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or otherwise, including without
limitation, loss of data, revenue or profits. This limitation of liability applies
whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability
or any other basis and even if an authorized representative of IAHS, or its affiliates
has been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such damages. IAHS
also takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being
temporarily unavailable due to any technical issue.
